If you don’t already know, we (citizens of Catron & Socorro Counties) are still in the midst of a major water battle with the Augustin Plains Ranch LLC since 2007! There will be a court hearing in Reserve and it is important that we turn out as many people as possible as we have a new judge hearing our case and the judge needs to know we are just as opposed to this attempted water grab as we were at the beginning. Please bring your family, friends and neighbors.
The hearing is Friday, April 5 at 10:30 am in Reserve at the Court House. I hope you can be there. No one will be able to speak at this hearing, the point is to show that we are still paying attention!
Last Minute Notice
There is an informational meeting TODAY, Saturday, March 30, 2024 at the Magdalena library at 1pm. A geologist and a lawyer will be there to talk about this specific issue to provide you with more background ahead of the hearing in case anyone wants to attend.
