Couy gives us an update on his ongoing going court battles and what they could mean for J6 political prisoners and New Mexico. He was unlawfully removed from office as Otero County Commissioner by Santa Fe judge Matthews citing ‘insurrection’ and the 14th Amendment as grounds for his removal. Donald Trump is being removed from ballots on the same bogus argument that he ‘incited an insurrection’. Couy’s and Trumps court cases are running parallel and one will likely affect the other.
He finishes with an excellent plan for New Mexico County Commissioners to take back the power that has been taken from them by a corrupt Secretary of State and her minions.
