Sheriff seeking information

Earlier this afternoon CCSO received information of several male subjects that were exposing themselves to passing motorists on Hwy 180 near the Y. A CCSO deputy located the vehicle in the Village of Reserve and attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The vehicle fled south on Hwy 435 at a high rate of speed until crashing the vehicle where the highway turns to dirt. Four subjects fled the vehicle on foot. We have determined that the subjects were not local and may be working for an electrical company due to items in the vehicle. We are seeking any information from anyone who may have seen this truck in the area or know where these subjects may had been working or staying.
