Is Reserve’s municipal water supply deliberately poisoned?

In the 1950s they thought it was a communist plot to mass murder Americans through municipal drinking water. Now we know that it was the American corporate government, the Pentagon and giant international corporations who conspired together to profit and to destroy millions of American lives slowly, costly and painfully by selling toxic, disease causing chemicals to local municipal governments for people who drink from the public water supply.
