The Legal Resources for the Elderly Program (LREP) is a joint project of the NM Aging and Long Term Services Department and the State Bar of NM.

LREP is presenting a Free Legal Workshop for Seniors at the Catron County Commission on Aging-Reserve located at 12 Ella St. Reserve, NM 87830 on Monday August 05, 2019.

Presentation: 10:00-11:15 am
The presentation will include the following topics:

• Power of Attorney’s
• Advance Health Care Directives
• Probate
• Estate Planning
• Transfer on Death Deeds
• Institutional Medicaid

  Power of Attorney Clinic: 11:30-12:30 pm
  After the presentation, an attorney will be available to prepare Power of Attorneys and Advance Health Care Directives for free for people 55 and older. Advance registration is required for this part by calling our Program at (505)797-6005.
